How to Request Deletion of Your Data
At Axestrack Software Solution, we respect your right to have your personal data removed. Please follow the steps below to submit a deletion request.
What We Delete
Upon request, we will delete:
- Your contact information (name, email, phone)
- Any stored message logs or usage data associated with your account
- All other personal data we hold about you
How to Submit a Deletion Request
1. Email us at support@axestrack.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
2. In the body, please include:
- Your full name
- The email or phone number registered with Axestrack
- A brief statement confirming you want all your personal data deleted.
3. We will respond within 30 days to confirm your request and the deletion process.
What to Expect
Once we process your request:
- We will permanently remove your data from our active systems.
- Backups containing your data will be purged in accordance with our retention policy (no more than 90 days).
- You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
