Except as expressly stated herein or required under applicable law, all fees, charges, subscriptions, and payments made to Axestrack are non-refundable and non-creditable, whether paid monthly, annually, or otherwise.

Without limiting the foregoing:

• • No refunds shall be issued for:
    • Partial use of Services;
    • Unused Services;
    • Early termination or discontinuation of Services by you;
    • Downgrades, plan changes, or suspension of Services;
    • Service interruptions caused by factors beyond Axestrack’s reasonable control, including network limitations, technical constraints, force majeure events, or third-party service dependencies.
• • If a Service is terminated before the end of a billing month for any reason, no prorated refund or credit shall be provided for the remaining portion of that month.
• • Any refund, if expressly approved by Axestrack in writing, shall be:
    • Processed using the original mode of payment only; and
    • Issued within a commercially reasonable period, subject to verification and internal approvals.

Cancellation of Services shall be governed strictly in accordance with the “Term Commitments” and “Discontinuation Notice” provisions of this Agreement

For avoidance of doubt:

• • A cancellation request shall be effective only upon Axestrack’s confirmation of a valid Discontinuation Notice in accordance with this Agreement
• • Services shall continue, and charges shall remain payable, until the last day of the calendar month in which a valid Discontinuation Notice becomes effective.
• • Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically stop billing unless all procedural and payment requirements under this Agreement are fully complied with.

You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment service provider for any charges that are validly incurred under this Agreement. Any such chargeback initiated in violation of this clause shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement, and Axestrack reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately.

Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy shall affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
